This basement had a severe mold issue to the point of eating through the paneling.

We scraped down and cleaned the wall to remove all existing mold before applying the moisture protection products.
Our next step was to resurface the wall with water-proof resurfacer

This customer had water entering his basement through gaps in his sandstone foundation and the seam along the foundation and sidewalk.
To begin correcting this problem for him, we were able to pressure wash off the algae, repair holes in the foundation, build a birm along the seam of sidewalk, and resurface the entire area of sandstone foundation.

After the repairs were completed, we finished the project by a applying an experior water-proof elastomeric coating to the newly resurfaced foundation and newly build birm so that no area, including the sidewalk seam to the birm, is susceptible to moisture intrusion.
